Do you take walk-ins or do I need to order ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Mon–Sat, 11am until Sell Out). You can also order ahead online through Toast for pickup.
How do I order meat by the pound?
Meat by the pound requires 48-hour advance notice. Call us at (330) 389-1979 or fill out the catering form with your order details.
Do you offer catering for events?
Absolutely — it's one of our specialties. Weddings, corporate events, reunions, tailgates, and more. Visit our Catering page to learn more and request a quote.
What are your hours? Do they ever change?
We're open Mon–Sat, 11am until Sell Out. Hours can occasionally vary for holidays or special events — check our Facebook page or call ahead to confirm.

We're at 1706 E. High Ave in New Philadelphia, Ohio — right next to the New Philadelphia Airport. Easy to find and plenty of parking.
Do you sell out? Should I call ahead?
Yes — we smoke a set amount of meat fresh each day and when it's gone, it's gone. We recommend calling ahead, especially later in the day or on weekends.
